Ape Doctor may restrict, suspend, or remove access where misuse, fraud, safety risk, policy breach, or legal concern is identified.

Healthcare scope: Ape Doctor supports planned online consultations, follow-up care, appointment management, prescriptions, and healthcare communication. Ape Doctor is not an emergency medical service. For emergencies, severe symptoms, urgent deterioration, or life-threatening conditions, users must contact local emergency services or visit the nearest hospital immediately.

Doctor services and clinical responsibility: Doctors using Ape Doctor Pro are responsible for their professional judgment, licensing, advice, prescriptions, availability, and consultation conduct. Ape Doctor provides the digital platform and operational support, but medical decisions remain the responsibility of the consulting doctor.

Patient responsibilities: Patients must provide truthful health information, attend booked consultations on time, follow doctor instructions appropriately, use prescriptions responsibly, and seek in-person care when advised or when symptoms require urgent physical examination or emergency treatment.

Appointments, availability, and service changes: Appointment times, doctor availability, consultation duration, fees, and service features may vary. Ape Doctor may reschedule, cancel, or update appointments where required due to doctor availability, platform issues, payment status, safety concerns, or operational requirements.

Payments: Users agree to pay applicable consultation, service, or platform fees shown during booking or checkout. Payments may be processed through WEBXPAY or other trusted payment providers. A booking may remain pending, fail, or be cancelled if payment is not completed, verified, or accepted.

Cancellations and refunds: Cancellations and refunds are handled according to the Refund Policy, appointment status, payment confirmation, cancellation timing, doctor cancellation rules, no-show rules, and admin review. Some fees may be non-refundable after a consultation starts, is completed, or is missed.

Content and intellectual property: The Ape Doctor name, website content, app content, interface, designs, logos, text, graphics, software, and related materials belong to Ape Doctor or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, misuse, or commercially exploit platform content without written permission.

Support, disputes, and records: Ape Doctor may review appointment records, payment references, support messages, cancellation notes, refund requests, and relevant platform logs to resolve issues, protect users, improve quality, and comply with legal or operational requirements.

Limitation of liability: Ape Doctor aims to provide a reliable digital healthcare platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, availability of every doctor, error-free operation, or suitability for every medical need. To the extent allowed by law, Ape Doctor is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the platform.

Updates to terms: Ape Doctor may update these Terms and Conditions when services, operations, policies, or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be published on the website or app. Continued use of Ape Doctor after updates means you accept the revised terms.
